MODERN JAZZ QUARTET Fontessa (1962 US stereo issue of the classic 1956 7-track LP, on the red/purple label; the classic lineup of John Lewis, Milt Jackson, Percy Heath, and Connie Kay, engineered by Rudy Van Gelder. Fontessa is a little suite inspired by the Renaissance Commedia Dell'arte, a fantastic album in the chamber jazz style, pasted picture sleeve. The sleeve shows light shelfwear with scuffing to top edge, whilst the vinyl has some light hairlines and is Excellent)
