JACKIE MCLEAN Action (Rare 1967 US first press 5-track MONO LP on the Blue Note 'New York USA' address label, with 'Van Gelder' stamp in the run-outs, recorded on September 16, 1964 with Charles Tolliver, Bobby Hutcherson, Cecil McBee & Billy Higgins. Comes housed in the original pasted picture sleeve with the Liberty company inner. The sleeve is Very Good [UK supplier sticker on rear] with some faint age wear & the start of a little paper fracturing to a few edges, with all print clearly legible including the spine. The vinyl is clean & grades VG+ showing some spindle marks & the occasional few hairline marks not affecting the sound on a mono playback setting. By no means perfect, this is still a presentable example & the first we've ever seen! BLP4218)
