JON LORD with THE LONDON SYMPHONY ORCHESTRA Gemini Suite (Rare 1971 original Japanese Odeon 6-track vinyl LP. This album was commissioned by the BBC & performed by members of Deep Purple & the Light Music Society under Malcolm Arnold at the Royal Festival Hall in 1970, & Munich in '72 with Kammarorchestra conducted by Eberhard Schoener, also starring guitarist Albert Lee, Tony Ashton & Yvonne Elliman on vocals. Housed in a pasted textured gatefold picture sleeve with Japanese insert and rare 'Rock Now' obi-strip. The sleeve & obi display just a little light signs of age with minimal wear, whilst the vinyl looks barely played with just a couple of spindle marks on the labels. A really nice example and the first we have ever seen! OP-80397)
