JOHN LEE HOOKER Travelin' (1969 UK first issue stereo 12-track vinyl LP on the texured orange & black Joy label, housed in a front laminated picture sleeve. Classic Hooker album that saw him update his sound with a full band set-up, includes Canal Street Blues, Whiskey And Wimmen, Goin' To California - deep blues one and all, not afraid to detail life in all its ragged glory! The picture sleeve [and what a picture sleeve it is!] shows only minor wear with just a couple of creases in the laminate with just slight discolouration to the non-laminated reverse. The labels are clean with just a few spindle marks, whilst the vinyl shows only a few light signs of play, a strong Excellent - a top copy and only the second UK copy we've ever had JOYS129)
