REM Radio Free Europe (Very Rare 1981 US second press 7" vinyl single with the Hib-Tone address printed at the bottom of the purple wide centred labels, also including the fan favourite b-side, Sitting Still. This is the original recording of Radio Free Europe, before the band re-recorded it for their debut album, Murmur. The fragile paper picture sleeve has seen some creasing and discoloration with age, while the vinyl shows some minor paper scuffs and one or two hairlines. After close inspection, a clean, and a play test of the record these are inaudible and nothing more than cosmetic marks that do not affect play. There is some unobtrusive surface noise in quiter passages of the tracks, but it does not draw any attention away from the music. Overall this is a superb condition copy, and a chance to own a peice of R.E.M history at an advantageous price HT0001)
