EMPIRE Expensive Sound (1981 UK advance issue of the original 11-track LP with stock labels, a near lost DIY/Indiepop/Post-Punk winner from the UK starring Bob Derwood Andrews [Generation X] & Mark Laff [Generation X, Subway Sect]. Comes housed in a unique die-cut red title sleeve complete with die-cut printed inner & an advance 3-page A4 press release/biography with large 'Release Date - 24 Apr 1981' stamp. The packaging shows very little of its age & the vinyl is clean & grades EX/EX- with a couple of paper hairline scuffs which do not affect play D/E001)
