NORMAN GRANZ' JAZZ AT THE PHILHARMONIC A Date With The Great - New Volume 7 (1956 UK 4-track mono LP on the Columbia 'trumpeter' label in the Clef series, recorded live on September 18, 1949 at Carnegie Hall, NYC & starring Charlie Parker, Lester Young, Flip Philiips, Roy Eldridge, Hank Jones, Tommy Turk, Ray Brown & Buddy Rich. Comes housed in a fully laminated sleeve with scalloped flipbacks with fantastic artwork by David Stone Martin! The sleeve is nice & clean & in Excellent condition with just a spot of faint edge scuffing at the top, the heavweight vinyl is also Excellent & shows very little play in its life 33CX10037)
