JOÃO GILBERTO Chega De Saudade (Rare 1959 Brazilian 12-track mono vinyl LP; his debut album which is recognised as the first Bossa Nova album, changing the face of Brazilian music in one fell swoop, latterly inducted into the Grammy Hall Of Fame and listed by Rolling Stone as the fourth best Brazilian album, wraparound picture sleeve encased in clear PVC sleeve. The sleeve has a small letter annotation to the reverse, which has been written on the card through a small hole in the PVC and has just a small split to the bottom seam with few other signs of wear, leaving the cover art still bright and vibrant despite the unforgiving South American climate! The vinyl has light cosmetic blemishing due to being stored in the PVC sleeve with no inner, however there are very few signs of actual play and playtesting confirms a wonderful reproduction with little, if any, ambient noise; leaving it visually Excellent and playing closer to Near Mint - you'd be hard pressed to find another of this grade!
