An Old Raincoat - 1st - VG

ROD STEWART An Old Raincoat Won't Ever Let You Down (Rare 1970 UK first press 8-track stereo LP on the large 'swirl' label with 'A Philips Record Product' text, with backing from Ron Wood, Ian McLagan, Keith Emerson, Martin Pugh & Mickey Waller. Comes complete with the original die-cut 'swirl' inner & matte gatefold picture sleeve. The sleeve [VG] has a thin 2" hairline split in a top edge & a small number annotation to a back corner, otherwise the panels remain nice & clean, with some minor corner scuffing forgiveable with age. The vinyl has been professionally cleaned & grades VG+/EX- as there are a few paper scuffs & the odd faint spindle mark not upsetting play VO4)
