EDDIE BOYD Eddie Boyd & His Blues Band Featuring Peter Green (Very Scarce British Blues Boom 1967 UK 16-track deep groove mono LP on the red & silver unboxed Decca label, with machine stamped matrices ending '1A' in both run-out grooves. Produced by Mike Vernon, this album pitches the experienced American bluesman with some of the cream of the British blues movement of the sixties, including John Mayall, Peter Green, John McVie, Tony McPhee & Aynsley Dunbar. The front laminated picture sleeve appears Excellent with some minor age discolouring around the edges [1" hairline split top edge] & looks fantastic given its age, with all text legible including along the spine, & just a little ring wear creasing. The vinyl is Excellent to Near Mint with just the odd faint paper scuff & minor spindle mark by the centre hole to show play. Wonderful LK4872)
