GRACHAN MONCUR III Evolution (Circa 1967-8 US issue of the 1963 4-track stereo LP, on a 'Division Of Liberty' Blue Note label with 'Van Gelder' stamp in the run-out. Evolution is an incredible debut as leader from arguably the first trombonist toexplore free jazz. Lee Morgan, Jackie McLean, Bobby Hutcherson, Bob Cranshaw & Tony Williams all star, pasted picture sleeve with catalogue inner. The sleeve is Excellent with very little age wear to speak of & the vinyl grades Excellent withgreat sound & few signs of play. Recommended BST-84153)
