The labels are black with Parlophone logo in yellow and tracklisting in silver. The labels have the 'Gramophone Co' perimeter text & 'Sold In The UK' print.

The matrix numbers are machine stamped into the dead wax thus:
Side One YEX689-1
Side Two YEX690-1

Condition : -

The front laminated picture sleeve is a deep shade of purple with '6809' dated Garrod & Lofthouse bottom flipback. The sleeve shows some minor wear with a little creasing to the corners & sun fading turning the very edges & spine a shade of blue. There is light wear to the flipbacks where the laminate has fallen short. All text is legible & there are no splits or tears.

The vinyl has been professionally cleaned & appears in EX/EX- condition. There are a few spindle marks by the centre hole with no real sign of paper loss. There are a few light scuffs and the odd light hairline visible on the vinyl, but nothing to indicate anything more than careful, light play.

All in all, a very nice example of this rare & desirable first press.
