VARIOUS Journey To The Moon (Amazing 1969 UK LP with the first side featuring recordings taken from the early Mercury & Gemini Missions and the second devoted to the historic Apollo 11 Mission that saw man land on the Moon for the first time on July 20th 1969 using computing power that is merely a fraction of that contained these days in a mobile phone, with a lot of the complex calculations still made on slide rule. The front laminated picture sleeve shows a degree of shelfwear, mostly to the unlaminated back, with a little edge scuffing but the vinyl remains in excellent condition with few signs of play. A wonderful historic document and a wealth of sampling possibilities on the one album - A gem MOON1)
