ORIGINAL SOUNDTRACK Billion Dollar Brain (1967 UK 14-track MONO vinyl LP soundtrack to Ken Russell's marvellous British espionage thriller, starring Michael Cain as secret agent Harry Palmer [Ipcress File & Funeral In Berlin completing the Palmertrilogy], based on Deighton's novel. Contains music written and arranged by Richard Rodney Bennett, utilising an odd but highly effective mixture of three pianos, celesta, harpsichord, brass, percussion and the electronic Ondes Martenotkeyboard! Beautifully designed front laminated picture sleeve with flipbacks. The sleeve shows light wear with a little ringwear to the reverse, whilst the vinyl has light signs of play leaving it Excellent ULP1183)
