ANDREW LLOYD WEBBER & TIM RICE Jesus Christ Superstar - Starbox Edition (Rare Starbox Edition 1970 UK 23-track double LP, featuring Murray Head as Judas Iscariot, Ian Gillan of Deep Purple as Jesus Christ & Yvonne Elliman as Mary Magdalene, also featuring Tony Ashton, Madeline Bell, Brian Bennett, Sue & Sonny, Lesley Duncan & more. This issue is housed in a stunning fold-out 'starbox' sleeve, complete with the 12-page libretto. There are some signs of storage & age with a little edge scuffing & minor creasing to the die-cut opening on the back & a little foxing to the libretto. Both vinyl discs have been professionally cleaned & grade VG, with a deep sheen & faint scuffs which, aside from a brief series of clicks to John Nineteen: Forty One, have little or no impact on play MKPS2011/2)
