DAVID BOWIE Amsterdam (2015 Dutch exclusive 2-track digitally remastered 7" single pressed on Orange Vinyl issued to celebrate the opening of the V&A's David Bowie IS at the Groninger Museum in the Netherlands on 11th December 2015, also includes a live version of My Death recorded at New York's legendary Carnegie Hall in September 1972, housed in a custom-stickered & sealed picture sleeve with an image of Bowie live onstage at Carnegie Hallon the reverse. This copy comes with a 1½" diameter orange plastic counter which has 'David Bowie IS' printed in gold - only available at the exhibition)
