WARDELL GRAY Memorial Volume 2 (1956 UK 8-track mono LP, recorded 27/08/1950 & December 1951 with Sonny Criss, Dexter Gordon, Art Farmer or Clark Terry, Hampton Hawes or Jimmy Bunn, Billy Hadnott or Harper Cosby, Robert Collier & Chuck Thompson or Larry Marable. The labels are rough textured with 'RVG' etched in the run-out & a flat edge before the run-ins & the record is housed in a unique Esquire-only laminated flipback picture sleeve. This copy originates from the private collection of a former staff member for Dobells record shop in Charing Cross. The cover shows only light signs of ageing with some peeling to the laminate along the back opening, forgiveable with age. The heavyweight vinyl is super clean & appears Near Mint)
