RED HOUSE PAINTERS Down Colorful Hill (Rare 1992 UK 6-track vinyl LP, textured picture sleeve with picture inner. The debut release from Mark Kozelek's Red House Painters was originally a set of demo recordings sent to 4AD head honcho Ivo Watts-Russell, he loved it so much, he signed the band and issued it as their first long player. The sleeve on this copy shows only some very light edgwear and a small amount of discolouration to the reverse, although far from excessive. The vinyldisplays some light paperscuffs and minimal hairlines which do not affect play - a great play copy of a very rare album.CAD2014)
