MARILLION Uninvited Guest (Rare 1989 UK UNCUT test pressing of the shaped picture disc, also including The Bell In The Sea. This superb rarity has not been cut to the finished shape but remains as a 12" disc with clear vinyl surrounding the central image. This example has been bodly Autographed by Steve Hogarth, Steve Rothery, Mark Kelly, Pete Trewavas and Ian Mosley, across the front in a black marker pen. Looks stunning and ideal to display)

Uncut picture discs are generally used as 'test pressings', a few are always made to check the image alignment and print quality before the final run is cut to the desired shape and remains as a 12" disc with clear vinyl surrounding the central image.

Sometimes the image is different of has an error, as it is purely produced as a test.

Condition
The clear vinyl has very light surface marks mainly from being stored for many years in a plain paper sleeve. Early 1980s picture discs are known for having an issue with tea staining, this copy shows little discolouration and is still clear

However you wouldn't want to play, and probably couldn't as it has been signed.

These rarely appear for sale, so finding in any condition is a bonus.
