DAVE BRUBECK Time Out (1962 US issue of the 1959 7-track stereo LP on a 'two eye' Columbia label with '360 Sound' print in black, one of the alltime classic jazz albums in a year that was full of them! The pasted picture sleeve has the second issue song hype flash for Blue Rondo A La Turk, which was added to the sleeve due to its success in the charts at the time. There is some paper splitting in the top edge & the original shrink is still intact, keeping the rest of the sleeve in outstanding condition. The vinyl is strictly graded VG/VG+. This would normally reach an Excellent grade save for a light scratch at the beginning of Three To Get Ready. This is barely audible & the track plays through beautifully without fault. The quality of the pressing shines through, so 'VG' or no 'VG', this Columbia masterpiece remains audiophile quality compared to today's standard! TFL5085)
