The Táin

HORSLIPS The Tain (1973 US yellow label 14-track concept LP, telling the story of Táin Bo Cuailgne [The Cattle Raid of Cooley], the centrepiece of the Ulster cycle of Heroic Tales. The events of the Táin are estimated to have taken place in Ireland approximately 500 BC, gatefold picture sleeve with deletion saw-cut. The sleeve has picked up a little scuffing around the edges but there are no splits & the vinyl reveals minimal play SD7039)
