GIL SCOTT-HERON From South Africa To South Carolina (1975 UK issue of the 8-track LP, gatefold picture sleeve. Mid '70s album recorded with Heron's usual partner Brian Jackson, it's a highly political album but delivered with great insight and wit. Musically, incorporates elements of his earlier jazz inflected work but also shows signs of his later, funkier music. The sleeve and vinyl are both in Near Mint condition ARTY121)
