BLACK UHURU Red (1981 UK 8-track vinyl LP, recorded at Channel One, Kingston, Jamaica & produced by Sly & Robbie, we've run out of superlatives to describe this essential album. Opening with the brilliant 'Youth Of Eglington' & including the single 'Sponji Reggae', Black Uhuru were one of the most successful acts to come out of Jamaica & the first to win a Grammy. The picture sleeve shows a little shelfwear & minor edge scuffing the vinyl is Excellent & looks barely played. If you don't have a copy of this then you're missing out! ILPS9625)
