OLIVER NELSON Taking Care Of Business (Rare 1960 first US issue 6-track deep groove mono vinyl LP, on the purple & silver New Jazz label, also starring Lem Winchester [vibes], Johnny Hammond Smith [organ], George Tucker [bass] & Roy Haynes [drums], housed in a heavy duty front laminated & pasted picture sleeve. The sleeve is in beautiful condition with only faint evidence of discolouring at the edges & no splits. The vinyl reveals a light scratch at the end of 'Lou's Good Dues' & into the beginning of 'All The Way', however this has very little affect during play. The disc is otherwise clean & would normally be graded excellent NJLP8233)
