SONNY ROLLINS Original Saxophone Colossus (1962 Japanese 5-track deep groove stereo vinyl LP manufactured by Victor, originally released in 1957, starring Tommy Flanagan on Piano, Doug Watkins on Bass & Max Roach on Drums - this is the album that made the jazz public sit up and appreciate the colossal force of Rollins' sax work! Housed in a silk laminated picture sleeve with scalloped flipbacks & alternative artwork, the sleeve shows just a little ring wear & the vinyl is in excellent condition with a few spindle marks to indicate SMJ-7101)
