Tracklisting & More Information

History
In 1976, having conquered their very first continent, the band set off for Great Britain.

They played their first gigs at the Marquee club on the 11th and 12th of May 1976 as the support act for Back Street Crawler and as part of an European tour which was originally scheduled to start in April but was postponed due to the death of Back Street Crawler's guitarist Paul Kossof in March that year.

By the 4th of June the band was stepping on the stage of the Marquee club again as headlining act, a month later their no-holds-barred double-barrel rock 'n' roll landed them a residency, and promptly broke the venue's all-time house attendance record attracting more than 1,000 people, when the capacity of the club was not more than 700.

Their days in club land would not last much longer. Within a year, 'Let There Be Rock', the band's first simultaneous world release and first to use the unmistakable logo would catapult them into the stadium strata. AC/DC was ready to take on America.
