Spring Sequence

RALPH BURNS Spring Sequence (1956 US 11-track mono LP by the pianist better known now for his theatre & film score work, also featuring Clyde Lombardi on Bass, Osie Johnson on Drums & Jimmy Rainey on Guitar, flipback picture sleeve. The sleeve, being little more than thick printed paper, naturally enough shows a bit of light shelfwear, although far less than you would expect. Just a small bit of damage to the bottom flip & some scuffing at the corners give any real clue as to this being over fifty five years old. The extremely solid vinyl remains in very nice VG/VG+ condition with just a few small surface scuffs to show for all those years in the wilderness. A nice copy of this hard to find album in far better condition than normally found J-1228)
