STEVIE RAY VAUGHAN Stevie Ray Vaughan's Dental Records (Extraordinary set of US Dental Records for work Stevie Ray had done in October 1989. These five sheets of A4 detail the work, medical history & next of kin information & have been signed byStevie Ray three times on the opening fold out patient sheet, which he has filled in himself by hand. A very poignant extra item is the addition of a Thanksgiving Card sent out by the Dentist on December 19th 1990 which was returned to him marked 'Deceased'. In his sadly cut short career, Stevie Ray was just returning to mainstream work with the release of 'In Step' when this work was done, before embarking on his last tour to promote the album. An amazing & unique item that we have been extremely lucky to acquire)
