THE MODERN JAZZ QUARTET Fontessa (70s Japanese promotional stereo issue of the 1956 7-track vinyl LP, with the quartet composed of John Lewis, Milt Jackson, Percy Heath & Connie Kay, engineered by Rudy Van Gelder. Fontessa is a little suite inspired by the Renaissance Commedia Dell'arte and a fantastic album in the chamber jazz style. The picture sleeve is sample stickered, complete with fold-out Japanese/discography insert & obi P-7517A)
