Includes a cover of God Save The Queen plus live versions of Metal Thrashing Mad and Panic, housed in a picture sleeve and comes with the original merchandise insert. This copy has been fully AUTOGRAPHED by Dan Spitz, Charlie Benante, Joe BellaDonna, Scott Ian and Frank Bello across the sleeve in a blue marker pen plus has a signature on the back - please note that due to the darkness of the pen used our scan will have trouble showing the signatures)
