HUMPHREY LYTTELTON & RUSSELL DAVIES The World Of Buddy Bolden (1986 UK 17-track vinyl LP telling the story of the improvising Cornet American Jazz pioneer through a recreation of his life & music. The music is classic ragtime & flapper Jazz, although Buddy himself was performing at the turn of the century when such terms were yet to be coined & even the term 'Jass' to describe the particularly vibrant New Orleans music was new. The sleeve shows light wear and the vinyl has just a few scuffs to indicate play CLGLP013)
