VARIOUS Conception (1989 Japanese promotional only issue of the 1957 12-track mono LP, collecting seven historic 1949-51 sessions by Miles Davis, Stan Getz, Gerry Mulligan, Lee Konitz, Sonny Rollins & Zoot Sims. This Victor Japan pressing wasa mail order only item for multi-buy customers who received a special coupon. The picture sleeve replicates the original album's artwork, with Japanese insert & obi-strip. The packaging is Excellent to Near Mint [some natural colour fade to the edge of the obi] & the vinyl is near 'as new' SLP-52)
