KORN Issues (Deleted 1999 US limited 'tour' edition 16-track CD album produced by Brendan O'Brien and including the singles Falling Away from Me, Make Me Bad and Somebody Someone, complete with picture sleeve. This copy comes with the scarce limited 5th sleeve varient, there were four designs chosen with each designed by fans as part of an MTV contest, as already mentioned this copy features a 5th image chose and used for a tour edition and is now very very sought after)
