VARIOUS The Sounds Of Time (Incredible 1958 UK 10-track LP, originally released in 1949 on 78 RPM discs, telling the story of the events between 1934 & 1949, narrated by John Snagge, written by Frederick Mullally, produced by Brian George & featuring selections of spoken word taken from over two hundred hours of BBC Radio Recordings including Churchill, King George VI, Attlee, Montgomery, Nehru, Bevin, Hitler, HG Wells & many more, fully laminated picture sleeve. The sleeve shows justa little light shelfwear with a tiny amount of age yellowing at the edges & the vinyl remains in excellent condition with few signs of play - A fantastic copy of this sixty year old album MG-20021)
