MAYNARD FERGUSON The Birdland Dreamband (1987 US printed Japanese manufactured 18-track CD album - a brilliantly remastered collection of tracks that originally appeared on The Birdland Dreamband vol. 1 & 2, released in 1956 and 1987 respectively. This line-up was originally intended to be an all-star line-up, and was just that, but also went on to become Ferguson's touring band until 1967. Issued in a great picture sleeve)
