STAN KENTON The Uncollected Vol. 6 - 1962 (1984 UK 12-track LP featuring previously unreleased rare radio recordings. Thanks to Wally Heider's foresight all those years ago, he recorded the sessions in Stereo although they were to be broadcastinMono & also kept a copy of the master reel before the introductory announcements were overdubbed over the music, so what you have here is the Kenton band in uninterrupted full flow in stereo. The picture sleeve shows just the lightest shelfwear with some paper loss from removal of a small catalouge sticker to the reverse, & the vinyl shows little evidence of play HUK195)
