CECIL TAYLOR Cecil Taylor At The Café Montmartre (1969 UK issue of the 1962 4-track STEREO vinyl LP on the steel blue and silver Fontana label, recorded live in Copenhagen on November 23rd, 1962. The Jazz Unit includes Jimmy Lyons on alto sax and drummer Arthur Murray, with no bass player! A bold free jazz record ahead of its time, fully laminated picture sleeve. The sleeve shows minimal wear and the vinyl appears barely played - a superb copy! SFJL928)
