PAUL GONSALVES Tell It The Way It Is! (1964 first UK issue 6-track mono LP, factory sample stickered to the A side label for review prior to commercial release, a great soulful tenor outing that unites Gonsalves with Swedish trumpeter Rolf Ericson, pianist Walter Bishop, Jr. & such Ellington alumni as Johnny Hodges & Ray Nance, front laminated flipback picture sleeve. The sleeve reveals just a small spot of discolouring & a tiny crease on the lower flipback, with all text clear as daylight & no rips or tears. The vinyl is clean & reveals minimal play CLP1758)
