TWIGGY AND THE SILVER SCREEN SYNCOPATORS Britain's First Top Model (2008 issue UK 12-track CD album - In 1971, Twiggy appeared in the movie version of 'The Boyfriend' [directed by Ken Russell] for which she won two Golden Globe awards; on the back of this success Ember released the album 'Twiggy & The Girlfriends' which is reissued here in its original LP packaging; in 1995 the album was reissued as 'Twiggy & The Silver Screen Syncopaters'; Twiggy sings on tracks 1, 2, 7 & 8 whichwere recorded in 1967 as two 45s; all other tracks are instrumentals performed by The Silver Screen Syncopators)
