The pack contains a vinyl 7" of Enter Sandman and a cover of the Queen classic Stone Cold Crazy in 'Metallica' stickered black picture sleeve and 7"x7" matt black lyric insert with French text on the rear. Presented in a stunning matt black snake logo embossed outer envelope sleeve - very few copies were made and finding them in this condition is almost impossible!)
