METALLICA Metallica - The Black Album (Official 1993 TWELVE-TIMES PLATINUM in-house Worldwide Sales Award presented by the band in appreciation for helping make the album the biggest of the 90's. This stunning and unique award measures a huge 42”x 35” in size and is expertly framed and glazed and features 12 mounted Compact Discs denoting each million sales threshold surpassed with the album artwork miniatures in the centre of each, with a 12" x 12" version of the album artworkmounted in the middle under the CD's. Down either side are 17 [34 in total] different countries flags with the status the album reach underneath with the 'Metallica' logo from the album printed on the glaze which has a couple of light scuff marks otherwise superb - This is truly one of the most stunning awards we have available by ANY artist or group and is for their most successful albums to date, would certainly be a valuable asset to any serious collection!
