Includes details on tour dates, venues, hotels & travel arrangements for both band & crew, also listing Crew & Band members as well as managers & more. Has some handwritten corrected notes where details had changed & a superb fully laminated 'quilt' effect picture cover. Was only issued tocrew/people involved on the tour, was not for sale to the general public. In most cases less than 100 copies ever made!)
