Includes details on tour dates, venues, hotels & travel arrangements for both band & crew, also listing Crew & Band members as well as managers & more. This copy has no picture cover but also has no handwritten corrected notes making this otherwise in mint condition. Was only issued to crew/peopleinvolved on the tour, was not for sale to the general public. In most cases less than 100 copies ever made!)
