GENESIS Watcher Of The Skies (Genuine original 1972 German-only Charisma 'Mad Hatter' label 2-track 7" vinyl single, also including Willow Farm with correct machine stamped matrix numbers. Housed in a unique green picture sleeve made from lightly textured paper, with none of the usual tears, paper loss or seam splits which often affect this delicate item. The back cover shows a Melody Maker review and a picture of the 'Foxtrot' cover. The vinyl is in stunning MINT condition -possibly the best copy you will ever see!

Although counterfeited, this is completely genuine and possibly one of the best condition originals you will ever see. The sleeve shows only faint creasing with no tears or seam splits so often associated with the delicate paper European picture sleeves of the 1970s. All the colours remain sharp and clear, with none of the blurred edges or colour bleed seen in the counterfeits. This sleeve also has a unique texture (almost like thin wallpaper) that the counterfeit could not fake.

An exceptional rarity, especially in this condition!
