The recordings were made while Bruce was under the control of Cretecos & former manager Mike Appel, a business relationship that Springsteen spent three years in court during the late seventies attempting to sever; with a custom printed disc ans blue & white 'stars & stripes' title sleeve with tracklising on the reverse PRED-2)
