Disc One features Cathy Faulkner interviewing the five members of the band and includes tracks from the Nine Lives album. Disc Two is an uninterrupted 60 minutes of Aerosmith recorded live at the Rock Am Ring Festival in Germany, and is free of commercial breaks at the request of the band. Both
