THE LOW ANTHEM Oh My God, Charlie Darwin (2019 UK 10th anniversary issue 12-track LP, pressed on 180g White Vinyl. Originally released in 2009. Co-produced with and engineered by Jesse Lauter in the cold, bare stillness of a Block Island winter, 'Oh My God, Charlie Darwin' illuminates the band's ability to create something that is both delicate and hugely evocative. The abandoned tourist destination was a haven of peace and quiet, with the only sounds being the rush of sea wind against the panes of the cabin and the cracklinghum of the woodstove.Ten sleepless days and nights, hundreds of live takes and many bottles of Bourbon later, these were the record's principle ingredients and it sounds tremendous! Housed in a hand numbered picture sleeve with obi strip. Still sealed in the 'Dinked Archive' stickered shrink BELLA202VN)
