BLUE CHEER Vincebus Eruptum (Proto-Metal Classic 1968 UK 6-track stereo LP, one of the heaviest psych debuts in rock history. This band pretty much defined "Power Trio", naming themselves after the most potent brand of street acid, these guyswere so fierce that rumour has it a dog once died on stage at one of their concerts. The summer of love was over! This is the first issue with black & silver labels & an ultra cool, 'stereo' stickered mono mean looking front laminated sleeve in dark blue & silver tones. The cover displays some light general wear with a couple of light creases on the front in the laminate, some faint ringwear and pocket opening scuffing but nothing too excessive. There is a tear to the B side label, whilst the vinyl has light scuffs with a deeper mark resulting in a series of clicks to the start of Doctor Please. A nice example, for fans of early Black Sabbath, Budgie, etc.. SBL7839)
