GRATEFUL DEAD Fallout From The Phil Zone (Scarce 1997 UK 11-track double CD album set featuring a collection of live tracks [recorded between 3rd September 1967 – 18th March 1995] handpicked by the band's bassist Phil Lesh, including the first CD releases of their versions of 'In the Midnight Hour' [clocking in at over 30 minutes] and Bob Dylan's 'Visions of Johanna'. The two discs have just a little light evidence of play and comes issued in the slim-double jewel case with the picture sleeve inlay)
