Resurrection

THE AEROVONS Resurrection (Deleted 2003 UK 16-track CD by the seldom group formed in 1965 in St Louis, Missouri. In spite of an offer to record in Los Angeles at the time, the group held out hope they could record in London, the recording home of their heroes, The Beatles. In 1968 they traveled to London twice, receiving offers from both EMI & Decca. In 1969, the band returned to London & recorded an album at the famous Abbey Road studios. EMI decided not to release the album, thougha very rare Parlophone test pressing exists. Here for the first time on compact disc is that album, as recorded by Beatles' engineers Norman Smith, Geoff Emerick, Phil McDonald & Alan Parsons! Complete with four bonus tracks & picture sleeve booklet RPM261)
